“After80” refers to the group was born in the80s,“after80” high school languageteacher is after system of professional learning of a new generation of teachers to be going towork.Hu jintao in Beijing, visiting teachers teachers’ day in2011, said:“the middle schoolstage is an important stage of healthy growth of students, high school education is theessential key link in the whole national education system. Do a good job in key in teachereducation.” In recent years, part of an undergraduate or graduate education in the “after80”gradually into the middle school language teacher, for our country’s basic education hasinjected fresh blood, their career status directly affect the quality of basic education, affect thewhole quality of the middle school language teacher. Research “after80” the middle schoollanguage teacher profession present situation and the existing problems, and put forward thetargeted change strategy is very necessary.To master the first-hand materials, we part of benxi county middle school languageteacher has carried on the questionnaire survey and visit, investigation involving “after80”and the “after80” in parts of middle school students and middle school language teacher,investigation content mainly around the teacher’s teaching idea, teaching ability andinterpersonal skills. Through different forms of investigation, we have “after80” the middleschool language teacher teaching after have a clear understanding of the working condition.They received a system of professional training, have a good education background, deeplyloves the labor of duty, strong ability to accept new things. But because of “after80” aremostly only children, combined with the induction time is short, hard to avoid in the processof teaching problems of one kind or another.Based on “after80” the middle school language teacher professional, after analyzing thepresent situation research to improve the status quo of them from different angles putsforward the measures, in order to the growth of teachers, the construction of teachers’team, onthe basis of our country education render.
