The new curriculum reform requires teachers to pay attention to individual differences of students in the process of teaching, and to promote the personalize development of students.In order to ensure that students could receive personalized development effectively, one important aspect is that teachers should be choose and application of teaching mode reasonably,which is the inevitable requirement of the new curriculum reform.Firstly, through the literature analysis,we determine four dimensions of factors(teachers, students, teaching contents, environment)that impact teacher’s selection and application of teaching mode and form a questionnaire though which make a wide range of investigation.Then, collecting data through classroom observation and teacher interview to and forming a mode of a variety of data collection methods to prove each other.According to the method of Triangulation,we make adjustment of the influence factors of Teaching Mode Selection and Application. Finally, Making analysis and evaluation of different factors on the extent of the impact of teaching methods selection by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and put forward the corresponding suggestions. The study expects to provide theoretical basis and reference for teachers in the process choosing and applying teaching mode.This paper comes to the following conclusion through the research:On the whole, the teacher factors plays a key role in the teaching mode selection and application,followed by the impact of the student factors, then is the teaching content, the extent of the environmental impact is the smallest. Specifically, the Extent of the Impact of teachers’teaching capability is the greatest, followed by the student’s Non-intelligence factors, next is the complexity and difficulty of teaching content,these are strong factors.The Extent of the Impact of teachers’teaching knowledge, the using effective of the school teaching resources, the requirements of the teaching goal and the students’learning ability and level belong to the general extent of factors.The evaluation means on teachers’selection and application of teaching method is minimum, which belongs to the weak influence factors.The results of the study has the enlightenment function on studying selection and application mechanism of teaching mode,and helps teachers to deepen understanding and take actions in the selection and application of teaching mode,expecting to provide references for domestic research.This paper is consist of seven parts:The first part: introduction. This part describes the background;the reasons of choosing this topic; the theoretical significance and practical value,and outlines the research contentand research problems;and make definition of the core concepts of this research, by analyzing the similar concept (teaching method and teaching mode) to put forward my own understanding of teaching mode; though the earlier literature review on the research of the selection and application of teaching mode to analyze of the factors of influencing teachers’teaching mode which provide s support and basis to make questionnaires and classroom observation tables and teachers’interview research.The second part:This part mainly discuss the whole design of the the research and research methods.The third part:The preliminary determination of factors that influence the selection and application of teaching mode.Through preliminary qualitative analysis, we preliminary define four dimensions factors(teachers, students, teaching contents, environment)that is based on the system theory.and cut each level dimension into two dimensions which lays the theoretical foundation for the following questionnaires.The fourth part: The finally determination of factors that influence the selection and application of teaching mode.Firstly,do the questionnaire survey, classroom observations and interviews with teachers.Then.by analyzing the data and information from questionnaire survey, classroom observations and interviews with teachers,and finally according to this,we select8factors that prove each other by the way of Triangulation.The fifth part: analyzing the extent of the impact of different factors on teacher selection and application of teaching mode. Using the analytic hierarchy process to build the analytic hierarchy model,and divide the factors that influence teachers’ teaching mode selection and application into several levels and factors,and make comparison between the various factors,and through quantitative analysis of the extent of impact of different factors that influence teacher’selection and application of teaching mode,then summarize the research results.The sixth part: analyzing and discussing the research results,then make the conclusions. Discussing the study conclusions of the fourth part and analyzing of the causes of the extent of impact of various factors, the making the final conclusions and summarizes the research.The seventh part:making the suggestions of promoting teachers’ selection and application of teaching mode more reasonable. Based on the research of front several parts and in view of the research conclusions, we puts forward practical suggestions to promote teachers’ selection and application of teaching mode more reasonable.
