Positive psychology is the psychology movement, in the late20thcentury. Itsrise has two meanings: one is reflected the openness of the system of psychologytheory; second is to adapt and meet the needs and the development of the times. Intoday’s multi-cultural background, positive psychology after colliding with a blend ofideas, emerged as a concern of psychology trend forward. The theory advocates anpositive perspective to make new interpretations of many psychological phenomenaand psychological problems, encourages and inspire the actively inner strength andpositive character of the people, and uses these positive factors to help people live ahappy life.The subject of the positive psychology theory has a lot of fit with the appeals ofthe ideological and moral lesson in the middle school. place for the effectivecombination of both a bridge. Also, the main method of positive psychology,philosophy positive prevention, positive education, active organization, positivepsychological counseling method, positive emotional experience method, positiveorganizational systems development method, etc. Those have an important referencevalue for the ideological and moral education in the middle school. Thus, we will tryto introduce positive psychology to the ideological and moral education of teachingpractice that is focused on mining the students of their inherent ability and thepositive personality, by increasing their positive experience and positive qualities.Those will play the role of improving the effectiveness of ideological and moraleducation in middle schoolFull text is divided into four parts:Part I:The basic theory of positive psychology. And also there has a moredetailed explanation of the basic concepts and major methods of positive psychology.The specific content of the such makes a solid groundwork for thefollowing discussion.Part II: The ideological and moral education of the necessity and feasibility ofapplication of the positive psychology. This section will have a detailed analysis of thedepartment of positive psychology and moral education in middle school. This paperdiscusses from the necessity to the feasibility of the application of the positivepsychology in middle school.Part III: The objectives and principles on the ideological and moral education inmiddle school of the application of the positive psychology.
