Positive psychology is a new science in the late twentieth Century in the United States,and with continuous development and improvement of its theories,it has attracted word's attention with a lot of charm in science.Positive psychology advocates the shaping of positive personality,making people have a positive emotional experience,and it is committed to create a positive social organizational system,so that it provides good external conditions for people to achieve their full development.There are a lot of connections between the positive psychology theory and the subject of moral education.Positive psychology advocates people to cope with their life study and work with a positive emotional experience and positive personality;the objectives of ideological and moral lesson are to help students improve the moral quality,the formation of healthy and upward psychological quality.As a result,putting positive psychology into the teaching practice of the ideological and moral course in junior high school,improving the effectiveness of the teaching of the course,and deepening the new curriculum reform are organic unity of the three dimensions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the positive roles of positive psychology in strengthen ing the effectiveness of Ideological and moral teaching in junior middle school.On thi s basis,the paper elaborates the positive psychology under the guidance of the conce pt of the current middle school ideological and moral education in the teaching design,which should pay attention to students' positive subjective experience In the classroo m teaching,Ideological and moral teaching in junior middle school should concentrat e on cultivating students' positive personality,strengthening students' classroom exper ience;in the development and utilization of curriculum resources environment,it shou ld show the effective unity of knowledge methods and skills,emotional attitude and values.
