At present, China is stepping up efforts to continuously push forward the reform ofeducation, ideological and political course in the same school are deepening education reform.Educational psychology provides authoritative knowledge of psychological and scientific toeducation reform. In the current education for students in the learning process, the students ofthe control psychology is increasingly important and to develop students’ intellectual skills areessential. This article will attempt to explore the ideological and political class in how todevelop students’ intellectual skills.The21st century is the era of rapid development of economy and science and technologyto move forward quickly, in this case, the requirements of the people’s quality has been furtherimproved. So people would learn not only to understand the knowledge, but also necessary tohave a certain intellectual skill. The purpose is not only to learn intellectual skill, but also themeans to complete the learning task. Understanding and knowledge about certain intellectualskill are the condition of the formation, and the formation of intellectual skill is anindispensable condition that people successfully learn master knowledge. Intellectual skill isalso an important part of intelligence, its development for the development of individualintelligence and the ability has a significant role in promoting.In order to develop the new talents who adapt to a comprehensive social development, atthis time, to develop students’ intellectual skill are adapted to this new demand. The same, it isvery important and necessary to develop students’ intellectual skill in ideological and politicalcourse in high school by developing intellectual skill, students will be able to study better andmore scientific in ideological and political course. The development of students’ intellectualskill in ideological and political course can help students enhance their interest, broaden theirhorizons, better their teaching behaviors, improve their learning styles, improve theirlearning efficiency, complete the goals of the new curriculum reform further.This paper mainly used in research methods literature, published in domestic andtheories related to intellectual skill training, education, psychology, etc. as a reference,carefully read, in order to achieve a high starting point; observation, carefully analysis of theclassroom various aspects of teaching, observing students’ learning habits, methods, features; case analysis, published or published through the collection of lesson plans and instructionaldesign and training process in the real case, select the appropriate case analysis, or asexemplified in the paper.There were some research on high school students’ ideological and political course ofintellectual skill training, but there are rare, most of the action is focused on skills, there is noideological and political course devoted to intellectual skill training and learning. However,in-depth study of other disciplines can provide help and reference for the discussion of thisarticle.This paper is divided into a total of three parts. The first part is an overview of the theory,including the contents of intellectual skill, the formation of intellectual skill and trainingmethods as well as ideological and political course in intellectual skill training. The secondpart of the course are the principles and sense of intellectual skill in students ideological andpolitical course, including ideological and political teaching high school students from thestudent intellectual skill training reality, teachers-students and democratic cooperation systemof the department of principle, Teaching intellectual skill training in ideological and politicalcourse are the requirements of the times, which meet the actual needs of teaching and is toplay the urgent need of the student body. The third part is teaching intellectual skill trainingprocess and training strategies in the ideological and political course from different grades andstages of the training process to explore students ’political intellectual skill from differenttypes of students to answer different kinds of questions to explore students’ intellectual skilltraining specific strategies.The article focuses on the strategies in the training process and the ideological andpolitical training intellectual skill of students in the course, students’ ideological and politicaltraining from the intellectual skill of high school students begin school culture, throughprototype orientation, operating prototype, the prototype of the specific aspects of the training,after a lengthy process, it is completed, step by step which ultimately help students form theideological and political intellectual skill. In exploring the culture strategy for the Division ofArts and exam questions, the text of the culture of the ideological and political sciencestudents were discussed in teaching students in the liberal arts is to allow more students toexplore their own discovery methods to find a solution to the problem way, for science students’, training the teachers provide samples for students’, the students go through repeatedpractice can also achieve improvement and automation level of mental action; against theuniversity entrance, school exams, objective questions, subjective questions is to explore theproblem solving how to train students in intellectual skill. In the course of implementation,the specific steps for each method can be quite diverse, teachers can innovate based on theactual situation, but the main purpose is to provide a reference for teachers, teachingbehaviors, improve student learning, and improve learning efficiency.
