School education teaching takes language as a medium, without language, education isimpossible. The teachers’ language should be motivate people to make constant progress,enlighten the life and open the wisdom. However, in today’s education practice, the influenceof language violence to students cannot be ignored. Primary school stage is the foundationperiod of individual life development. It’s also the best period of the individual’s intellectualdevelopment and the formation of personality thought and behavior. Students in this stage areespecially vulnerable to the teacher’s language violence. Based on this, this article takes‘elementary school teacher’s language violence’ as the research subject.This research is given priority to a case study, I mainly do research in a primary school inZhifu District of Yantai city. Through the investigation and study, the author gets a lot of vividfirst-hand information. The author tries to apply ‘the theory of the book’and ‘real’ to link, andrealize the ‘dialogue’ between ‘theory’ and ‘reality’. The paper will explore the causes of theformation of language violence in the ‘authentic’,‘practical’ principles and on this basis, tryto put forward the strategy.The article mainly includes five parts:The first part of paper reviews the research on the basis of defining the concept of teacher’slanguage violence, the theoretical basis of the study and the research design.The second part makes a statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the questionnaire issuedby pupils, teachers and the parents. It also makes a preliminary understanding of the schoolteachers’ language violence. It will provide the basis for the further influence of languageviolence, reason and the influence strategy.The third part in field observation study based on A primary school, emphatically describesthe elementary school teacher’s language violence, and analyzes its effects on students fromtwo aspects of moral education and mental health.The fourth part explores the cause of primary school teachers’ language violence. Reasonsinclude: pressure, teacher professional quality is not high, and language violence is notimportant in the school management.The fifth part tries to put forward the primary school language violence strategies, namely,strengthening the construction of the teachers’ morality, improving teachers’ professional happiness as well as the family school cooperation to achieve parent-school communication.
