| For a country or a nation, the reasonable teaching values could guide the direction of human development and its degree. So studying the value of teaching is an extremely significant subject. As one of teaching subjects, all teachers are influenced by their teaching values. The "post-80s" who has grown up with the reform and opening up began to become teachers in primary and secondary school and they are gradually becoming the main members of new teachers. Their ideas, behaviors, etc. are distinctly different from other teachers. So it’s very necessary to study them to make sure that their teaching values are positive.In the new era, this study expounds the connotation and significance of scientific teaching values, determines the structure of the teaching values, and it draws up a more rational structure of the questionnaire and interview outline based on that. After surveyed the primary and secondary school teachers (especially the "post-80s"), the author analyzed the results of the survey, and then made a summary on their teaching values. The author tried to propose the strategies and ways for the primary and secondary school teachers to culture the scientific teaching values which were based on the reasons the author analyzed.What’s the current status of teachers’teaching values in China’s primary and secondary school? How to culture the scientific teaching values? These are the main contents of this paper.At the introductory part of this paper, it demonstrated the reason of choosing this topic, the contents and meanings of research, the ideas and methods of study etc. It also expounded the current status of research as the literature review of this paper; at the first part, it mainly analyzed the connotation, the characteristics and the dimensions of teachers’teaching values, defined the core concepts which are related to this study, and also made some necessary expositions on theoretical basis of this study; the second part is to expand the survey questionnaire and interview after designed the research. According to survey data, the author made a summary on the status of teachers’ teaching values and analyzed the reasons from macro, meso and micro level;The third part focused on demonstrating the connotation of scientific teachers’ teaching values,.and proposed the strategies and ways for the teachers to culture the scientific teaching values which were based on different levels. At the last part of this paper, it concluded the innovations and the shortcomings, made a prospect of the follow-up study, and also presented ideas for the further research. |
