China’s disabled population increased from7550000in1987to24120000in2006, the rapid growth of population disability means not only the increase ofdisabled population, also means the physical disability caregiver quantity increase,more and more people need to play the role of caregivers. China’s current disabilitycare at the informal resources of family care. In China family culture and familystructure, family care is a long-term and single sex, family caregivers face material,spirit, interpersonal relationships and other aspects of the pressure, the pressure is toolarge, heavy burden. Therefore, in the family should also help the physical disabilityand national and social care attention.Although the disabled youth physical disability, but with normal cognitive, andtheir family caregivers in communication process will put their negative emotions tocaregivers, caregiver stress aggravated. In view of the special nature of the disabledyouth, common pressure and special pressure in this paper, the characteristics of thedisabled youth disabled youth family caregivers and other family caregivers areanalyzed, in addition to direct relief disabled youth family caregivers pressure alsoindirectly improve the disabled youth and family caregivers.This paper from the mutual mode of group work starting, using qualitativeresearch methods, the C P community of four disabled youth family caregivers asresearch object, research framework for building relationships, according to the needsassessment, planning of services, to carry out activities, evaluation and final effect ofthe logical order. The survey found that the disabled youth, family caregivers arefacing economic pressure, conflict and lack of social support and other long-term carepressure, family role, have a need for material assistance and emotional support,master the nursing knowledge and access to medical information needs, need to be recognized, respected, leisure and entertainment needs, need interpersonal, selfrealization, need to establish a mutual support network. Therefore, this paper usingreciprocal team to team members, mutual support and help, in group within the ventnegative emotions, relieve pressure, and the group experience to daily life. At thesame time, community work together, provide emotional and economic support forservice object.In this paper, from the micro and macro two aspects to reduce the disabled youthfamily caregiver stress, micro six group activities as a performance, groupexperienced the preparatory period, the early, middle, late four stages; the macroaspect is constructed with the disabled youth family caregiver support from thegovernment and society two layer. Research shows that, in the background of localsocial work, the disabled youth family caregivers to share resources rate is high, themutual mode helps to relieve the pressure of family caregivers of disabled youth.
