A Comparative Study On The Difference Between Urban And Rural Senior High School Education

This paper studies on the difference of high school education in rural and urban areasas the research object, combined with literature analysis, comparative analysis, interviews,analyzed the difference and influence on the current education status of Lianyungang urbanand rural high school, clear reasons lead to the differences in education, and puts forwardcorresponding countermeasures, in order to promote the balanced development of urbanand rural high school education to a certain extent.City key high school in this study selected Lianyungang City, and education betweenrural general high school as a comparison study, comparing two kinds of school havesignificant differences on the internal and external environment of the urban and rural highschool, in the education facilities, teachers and education funds have significant differences.The reason for this difference: policy differences, the absence of government function; thekey factors of capital allocation and teachers defects; the lack of social supervision,difficulty equity allocation problem. Because of the presence of these significantdifferences between urban and rural high school education, is bound to affect the quality ofeducation and teaching, the classroom teaching, students’ development, test scores andcollege entrance examination from the point of view, analyses the influence of thedifference of high school education and the quality of education. To reduce this difference,we should adopt the following measures: the establishment of a fair education system,strengthen the construction of fair education environment, cancel the key school, educationresources will re integration; urban and rural teacher regular flow, enhance the ability ofrural education.If the city and rural high school were divided into city high school, city key highschool, rural high school and rural key senior high school, is the most significant educationdifferences in rural high school and city key high school, this research also will take this as the object, combined with the case analysis of the difference between the two.The twokinds of school have significant differences, partly because the city high school locationthan in the rural high school, on the other hand is the soft hardware city key high school isfar better than the general rural senior high school. These two factors together, the gapbetween the two is more obvious and prominent. This trend prompted faculty and studentdifferences between urban and rural high school continues to expand, exacerbating the gapbetween urban and rural education in senior high school. This gap strengthens thedifferences between urban and rural high school students, to the quality of education anddevelopment opportunities affect, contrary to the concept of a fair education, we mustattach great importance to the school and the decision-making departments.
