The teacher education in China began in1897, Sheng Xuanhuai was founded in ShanghaiNanyang public normal museum. After more than100years of development, the teachereducation in China has experienced the closed to open, one factor to several factors process. Inrecent years, in our normal university integration development. The development of integratedthe university disciplines diversification, non teacher professional channels increased, enrollmentand employment increase, its education idea and goal, the teacher education organizations havechanged. Comprehensive development of normal university is to meet the needs of society, thedifferent talents meet the high quality teacher talent demand, in the current research level to drivethe single criterion of Normal University, the school running autonomy increased, choose thedevelopment path synthesis. The development way that not only brings opportunities for thedevelopment of Teacher Education in Normal University, but also brought challenges, teachereducation in normal university is facing problems hitherto unknown: Normal University, the lackof convergence characteristics of education teacher education marginalization, teacher educationenvironment desalination, education teachers troop construction is ignored, the teacher educationin basic education are disjointed, weaken the services and basic education social function.To achieve the purpose of the study, using literature method, statistical analysis method andthe case study method as the main research method. Shenyang Normal University is as a part ofNormal University, the teacher education is also facing problems and challenges of integration.As the Central School of Teacher Education in Liaoning Province, the development of teachereducational background Shenyang Normal University integration can bring some reference andinspiration for other normal university. Shenyang Normal University by constructing thedevelopment system of teacher education, make full use of the comprehensive of the teachereducation, the training mode, curriculum, construction, innovation platform construction,education environment and teacher education culture of basic education and teaching andresearch and other aspects of the effective exploration. The inspiration for teacher educationdevelopment in our normal university integration is, the normal university must be determinedby the characteristics of teacher education for school running idea; establish and improve theorganization, improve the function of teacher education; innovation of teacher education trainingmode, a reasonable set of teacher education courses; establishing the cultivation mode of interactive development of middle and primary school, service and leading basic education;establish a scientific and effective mechanism for the evaluation of the quality of education.
