This paper mainly introduced the training mode of Master’s degree of Mathe matics Education from the training objectives,the entrance examination and admissi on standards,training mode,curriculum and the implementation,degree granting and evaluation,teachers and other six aspects in china.And select several typicaland rep resentative countries in mathematicseducation--USA,Britain,Singaporefrom Europe and the Asia Pacific region as comparison object on the basis ofdetailed data,we analyzed and combed the three countries’training mode of Master’s degree of Ma thematics Education from training target,the entrance examination and admission st andards,course setting and implementation,degree grantingand evaluation,teachers an d so on.And have clarified problems of the cultivation model of Master’s degree of Mathematics education in china and advantagesof cultivation mode for foreign Master’s degree of Mathematics Education.From the comparative study,we found that the training mode of Master’s degr ee of Mathematics in China exists the following problems:The training objectives are not clear;Training mode is more single;Recruitment examination system focus on examination oriented ability,lacking of investigation on the comprehensive quali ty of students;The curriculum is not reasonable,boring teaching methods are single and boring;The guidance of teachers professional quality and professional ability is insufficient.From the six aspects of set training objectives,training mode six aspects,curric ulum and implementation,teaching methods,the author attempts to learn fromexcelle nt training experiences from the foreign training mode of Master’s degree of Mat hematics Education,and accordingly puts forward some constructive comments and suggestions,aims to promote the training mode of Master’s degree of Mathematics Education’s reform,improvement and development in China.
