The blending as well as integration of Art therapy and school art education is of great importance to the full development of teenager’s personality and mentality. Art therapy in school art education is valid in that both are crucial to aesthetic education and the development of mentality. The combination of art therapy and art education can be an important part of mental health and precaution in school. What’s more, by analyzing the works in practical class teaching, we can probe into the significance of the social problem concerning the methodology ranging from cultural studies and artistic creation in face of mental disorder in the form of social inspection.In this paper, the feasibility of integration of the three areas to study art therapy concept and reality of teaching art in high school. The first aspect is the current status of the first high school art education are analyzed, and the art teacher visited Nanchang area survey, to make a preliminary analysis of the survey data, according to the survey analysis of stage art teaching phenomena and problems were analyzed, and analyze the concept of adding physiotherapy in art teaching practical feasibility and expected results. Initial implementation of the program for detailed discussions, the feasibility of opinion that may arise during implementation problems. The second aspect is the integration of the concept of art therapy practice in the real art of the teaching process. Author based in Nanchang three internship opportunities in everyday teaching in the art of painting as an effective way to ease students’ mental health, including interventions for individual teaching and classroom interventions art teaching, art intervention for individuals to take the students to paint the main analysis combined form a comprehensive analysis of psychological tests students’ mental state, time to find students confused, open communication breakthrough through painting, which provide counseling intervention. Classroom teaching is mainly used in the intervention group painting pedagogy. Before and after decompression teaching, teaching overall effect was observed after the implementation of the class. By teaching this series get initial results, some time after the initial intervention teaching, classes showing more solidarity, according to other teaching and classroom teachers to reflect follow-up observations, draw the students’ enthusiasm to effectively improve student stress reduction and small effective results. The third aspect is the practice of countermeasures to intervene in the process of teaching the art. Including art therapy concepts into teaching, art therapy teaching strategies and countermeasures. The teaching strategies and techniques under the concept of art therapy is broadly divided into three categories:observation, listening, intuitive predictions. Made three countermeasures in art therapy concepts into school art teaching areas: integration of the comic art of teaching; teaching will be introduced in the form of traditional Chinese teaching creative curriculum; integrate the psychological test painting art teaching.
