With the rapid development of education in our country in recent years, these migrant children’education problem in the cities gradually step into the public view. The educational inclusion problem is coming after receiving education resolved. Even though the "Two-oriented" policy assurances these children of migrant workers compulsory education rights in the city, how we should ensure that after "get in" to achieve "retain". Can be well integrated into the public schools of new environment directly affects the healthy growth of children, also impact on the realization of our country education fairness and social justice. In the actual situation, the trailing children their own limitations, the school teaching condition, social environment and so on all sorts of reasons cause the trailing children can’t integrate into the public schools of new environment, so we should pay more attention to these problems.This study chooses Dong Hulu primary school in Hubei province as a case. In this study we use both qualitative and quantitative, such as interview method, questionnaire investigation and so on. Analyzing the practical situation of the integration of trailing children in public schools, finds a series of problem there, such as interpersonal relationship, to adapt to the situation, the integrate into the school teaching and parent-school communication problems and so on. These problems seriously affected the healthy development of the children. On the basis of analyzing the problems we find objective reasons social culture aspects, there are also government investment in education funding is not in place and insufficient attention related department, but more important is the school, family, migrant children their own limitations and other factors.The problem of education for these children of migrant workers is not only the education problems, but also a social problem worthy of thinking deeply. Educational inclusion issue is not formed temporary, but a long, complex, multi-level nature of the problem. So to solve the problem also requires various efforts, which is not a department, and can’t be solved overnight, it depends on the multi-sectoral collaborative effort. The solvement in macroscopic aspect depends on the active participation of relevant government departments and macro-control, increasing financial investment, establish and improve relevant policies and regulations and make effective implementation, provides a wide range of social support; The solvement in microscopic aspect, we need to pay attention to strengthen school value, encourage family actively participate in school, raise teachers’awareness. Only in this way can we form a family, school, society, government forces, the fundamental solution to the educational inclusion issue.
