With the progress of the urbanization, the population of the Migrant Workers' Following Children has been increasing continuously, which emerges a large amount of intently aggravated problems. Especially, Migrant Workers' Following Children during primary and secondary school may be faced with problems when they trying to fit into the citizen peer group. Peer group as one of the most important environment factors of adolescent psychological development and personal growth, is also an indispensable part for the growth of the Migrant Workers' Following Children, Whether well into peer groups is not only related to the Migrant Workers' Following children healthy growth and migrant workers citizenization process, but also related to the construction of a harmonious socialist society in China.So,the problems that the Migrant Workers' Following Children peer into should be paid more attention during primary and secondary school.The paper integrates relevant theories, including Ideological and Political Education, Sociology and Psychology, meanwhile refines the concepts of peer inclusion: peer, peer group, peer inclusion. We can acquire a further acknowledgement on the current situation of the Migrant Workers' Following Children infusing into the peer group on the basic empirical investigation, including study-related inclusion,life-related inclusion, psychological inclusion, cultural inclusion. Compared with the phenomenon of city integration of Migrant Workers' Following Children, we summarize the problems of city integration of Migrant Workers' Following Children in primary and secondary schools, including study-related inclusion, life-related inclusion, psychological inclusion, cultural inclusion. On the basis, the reasons in four aspects of the social external environment complex, school work is not in place,family and the children themselves are analyzed. Besides, this paper proposes several solutions from society, govermment, schools, families factors, limitions of children themselves to solve the problems of Migrant Workers' Following Children.
