This paper bring the concept of "ecological education" into primary and secondary school art teaching theory (the fine arts teaching theory course of high school arts department) with the theory and method of eco-art. Study the effect of high school fine arts teacher education’s teaching arrangement on the primary and secondary school’s arts teacher’s curriculum.This paper constructed ecological art teaching theory curriculum through reference documents comparative aprroach and investigation, its open a new vision of art education. And it is divided into four chapters. The opening chapters the introduction of this thesis’intention and signification, consider revising. The second chapter introduce ecological art education from three aspects include the concept, feature and methods. The third chapter is the analysis of primary and secondary school art teaching theory curriculum, it analyzed the curriculum’s history, content and the teaching aims by relevant investigation. The fourth chapter tell about the construction of ecological art education curriculum, it include the "Basic link" teaching aims, the "Open dialogue" teaching methods, the "Fusion and Derivative" teaching content and the "diversifying integration" teaching evaluations,etc. Beside the text there are conclusion, reference and thanks.This paper try to found an ecological "Dialogue type" fine arts teaching mode from new horizons of fine arts education "the construction of ecological fine art teaching theory curriculum", then we can educate "Open mind elite" teachers and build an harmonious natural open creative ecological teaching system that in accordance with the curriculum’s demand which have distinct feature of Normal University.
