Learning Strategies research has been a hot topic in the field of educational psychology, especially in the last20years, the focal point of basic education has gradually shifted from an emphasis on how to teach to how to learn, which has been particularly attracted much attention. At present, teaching students appropriate learning Strategies has been regarded as an important way to improve students’learning efficiency. Chemical learning Strategies research in high schools has very important practical significance. It has very important practical significance for high students in learning Strategies. It is not merely the new request of the quality education, the embodiment of "student is the principal part of learning", but also the need to entirely improve teaching quality.This paper is divided in two parts reaseached on influences of chemistry learning Strategies training on chemistry learning ability for high school students. Firstly,315students from two secondary schools of Changsha are randomly selected to learn about the level of chemistry learning by questionnaire surveys. Secondly,114students in senior one from a senior middle school in Yueyang are selected, and then trained by training plan of chemistry learning Strategies for senior middle school students of senior one. Via pretest and post-test, it aims to explore whether intentional training could improve the students’chemistry learning ability.13weeks were spent on the train and data of experiments was analyzed by SPSS11.5.The findings are listed as follows:(1) The overall level of the students’chemistry learning strategy is not expectedly high, so it is urgent to strengthen the training of learning strategies.(2) It can rapidly improve their chemistry learning ability by intentional training on chemistry learning strategies for senior middle school students of senior one.(3) There are significant differences of training effects when doing training of chemistry learning strategies for the students under different chemical basis.The students with learning difficulties was significantly better than intermediate level students, intermediate level students significantly better than excellent students.(4) There are no significant differences of training effects when doing training of chemistry learning strategies for different genders.In conclusion, the overall level of chemistry learning ability of senior middle school students is not high. It is necessary to strengthen learning strategies training. In the process of senior chemistry teaching, it can rapidly boost the learning ability of students by intentional training on chemistry learning strategies.
