Education reform in depth, especially the implementation of the new basic educationcurriculum reform, professional development for teachers presented the inherentrequirements, these are the challenges for the education concept and educational activities.If the new curriculum reform can achieve the object depends on the teachers’ highprofession,the new curriculum’ spirit and the activities of the teachers.When a good teacher exist as an independent individual,teachers’ professional quality,professional knowledge and professional skills for the same courses taught by the teacheritself there is a certain influence. People for high quality education is filled with hope andexpectation, this requires teachers to constantly development. In this paper, a physicaleducation teachers of teachers’ professional development as an example, discusses theinfluence of teachers’ professional development for course and new teachers’ professionaldevelopment process. Having studied the theories about teacher professional developmentat home and abroad, combining the theory of teacher’s stage of development, according tothe clue of time, formed the basic structure of this article and the overall train of thought.According to teacher Liu professional development process for clues, education narrativestudy, in-depth teaching field, using the daily teaching story, let teacher speak forthemselves or make history marks show the significance of education, from the very factthat looking for the inner "structure" of teacher’s professional development, with the realteaching stories to show the effects of teachers’ professional development on course.
