The teacher is a professional staff who is in charge of teaching students.They are responsible for teaching students,fostering builders of socialism and improving the quality of the nation.With the world developing faster and faster,the competition among countries is reflected in talents,education even the quality of teachers.The teacher is one who acquires much knowledge and has good qualities.Construction of professional ethics of teachers is the important way to improve teachers’ professional qualities.Since we implement the strategy of national rejuvenation through science and education and talent,colleges are responsible for fostering moral talents who have the dream,the knowledge and observe the discipline.They need to serve the society.The young teachers are the hope of colleges’ development and fresh powers of teachers.The young teachers’ professional ethics is not only the source of improving themselves,overcoming themselves love and dedication and selfless dedication but also important power of the development of education.The majority of colleges’ young teachers have good qualities,but we need to pay attention to ethics of landslide.The problem is professional detachment and lack of educational spirit.They stress research instead of teaching and they lack professionalism.These negative signs influent teachers’ moral construction.The reason includes social dimension,colleges dimension and individual dimension.There are some ways to improve young teachers’ qualities.First,they should strengthen the self-cultivation.Second,we should create a good environment to strengthen teachers’ ethics.Third,colleges should improve mechanism of improving teachers’ moral construction.It includes evaluation,supervision and incentive mechanism.Finally,we should build a system of pre-service and in-service moral construction.
