As one important part of national education system, vocational education is paid moreand more attention in recent years.The math curriculum reform in vocational school iscontinuously go on when people increasingly emphasize occupational skills.However,togetherwith the reform,ordinary education model is still used in math teaching ideas with distinctivecharacteristics of subjects,this shows up in emphasizing succession of knowledge andignoring cultivation of students’s professional ability,which not means vocational educationbut ‘Traditional Education’ or ‘Academic Education’.Under such situation,how to give rightmath teaching in vocational education,what professional qualities should students have andhow to make them get these qualities mathematically are impendency problems to beanalyzed and solved.This paper summarizes the status of current vocational school students by questionnairesthrough which proves students are initially like math, but the existing mathematics teachingmakes students to think math learning and specialized courses of study neither contact norimproving and developing their own quality]ies, while students think that most affect of theirlearning comes from their subject teachers.Based on this investigation, combined with vocational school mathematics curriculumstandards, to analysis reuqirements on vocational students’s mathematics demand fromemployment tend,investigations of the vocational school jobs were more cases such ascatering, accounting, sales and other industries as well as students self-own businesses,summarized the demand for vocational school students’s quality capabilities.Combined witheducation,psychology,mathematics and other basic theoretical ideas of learning theory,thispaper explained the direct role of mathematics education to vocational students’s qualityand capability,such as the ability to solve practical problems,the spirit ofexploration,innovation and character traits of the culture,from true occupational demand todevelop math education.Vocational school mathematics teaching reform ideas firstly start from teaching contentselection and level control,considering the long-term development needs of students andprofessionals,propose new appraisal,the specific evaluation and practice tests.Three teachingcases are showed respectively.They are,teaching starts from the characteristics of vocationalmathematics learning aims appropriate controling of evel of knowledge, strengtheningteaching from wide versatility knowledge of math content,and implementing personalized forthe specific needs of individual professional teaching design cases.Teaching design ideas were presented in such as accounting, marketing and computerscience in a series of teaching practice and research, through classroom teaching envisagedunder the new performance, the job is complete, independent problem solving, test results andother learning recording statistics and comparison with previous students practical, ideal forteaching effectiveness, feasibility and effectiveness of the conclusions of the study.Came to the conclusion, through classroom mathematics education mathematics studentsto achieve the quality is practical and significant to improve the overall quality of vocationalschool students will no longer be empty words, the implementation of research findings so that "everyone can learn mathematics, everyone can learn useful mathematical "The ultimategoal of the mathematics teaching.
