Education in quality education and take the student as this idea gradually throughout high school teaching process, a series of new problems stand out in the education reform, such as teachers’ understanding of teaching idea profound enough, not enough emphasis on3d object, collective lesson preparation and teaching and researching activities become a mere formality, multimedia universal, the lack of personalized education, teachers’ negative attitude towards the reform, and so on. On these new problems discussed in the process, this paper puts forward several methods of high school mathematics teachers’ role conversion, such as teachers training work to set up the concept of lifelong learning, change the evaluation mechanism, improving teachers’ salary encourage the enthusiasm of first-line teachers, and so on.Reorientation of teachers’ role in the high school mathematics, this paper argues that teachers of mathematics should be developers and integration of teaching resources, teaching activities of the guide and the collaborator. When the teacher in the integration of teaching resources to pay attention to the form and distribution of educational resources, follow the principle of integration of teaching resources, to accurate and efficient screening in vast amounts of information resources for learning of class teaching resources, this is the premise of teaching activities to implement. In teaching activities teachers should speak from scholar to scholar, from the soloist to partners, teachers should put "teacher way dignity" shelf to the chief "of democracy, equal relationship between teachers and students is a teacher to become the foundation of teaching guide and collaborators, out in the teaching of the students’ subjectivity, deepen the student to the knowledge experience, teachers can put forward at the appropriate time you have to guide students to think about questions, stimulate students seeking knowledge desire, encounter difficult problem, discussion, collaboration between teachers and students, teachers should have the effect that make the finishing point in the teaching activities.This paper emphasized the importance of teaching design case analysis, mathematics teachers should draw experience from the new problems in the teaching reform, adapt to the new teachers’ role orientation of teaching reform to make positive changes in reviewing served as teaching design case, complement each other, in the teaching practice to explore the teaching mode suitable for the new curriculum standard.
