Positive Psychology Perspective Poor College Students Teachers Gratitude Culture

Gratitude is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation from generation to generation. This paper takes the poor student of Capital Normal University for instance, and taking the research of the gratitude of poor college student in the view of positive psychology.This article consists of introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction simply expounds the background and the significance of the paper topic selection. This paper start from the recent condition of capital normal university students who are poor and the recent research of positive psychology, and tell the importance and the necessity to raise the gratitude of students who are poor. The article includes the following four part, the definition of gratitude, the recent situation of gratitude on the poor college students, the theory of positive psychology, and the strategies to solve the problem which use the positive psychology.This paper is divided into three parts, the first part includes the definition of gratitude, gratitude quality, the relation definition of gratitude and the analysis of normal college students who are poor.The second part is described about the recent situation of gratitude on the poor college students in Capital Normal University, which including the positive and negative aspects, and on the meanwhile, analysis the main problem of gratitude quality. At the same time this part conducts the reason why the poor quality of gratitude exists, such as the lack of family education, the lack of school education,the poor social environments and the students own problems.The third part, tell the positive theory which can be use to analysis gratitude, such as positive theory, the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions, self-determination theory and so on.The last part, using the positive psychology theory to find the strategies to solve the problems, which includes make the students improve their gratitude emotion, enhance their experience and strengthen the behavior of students.The conclusion sums up the lack of the study and the direction of this paper.
