In-post teaching practice is an important way to train normal students and an significantmove to promote teacher education, contributing to helping sports academy to raiseoutstanding teachers who can meet basic education and social needs. It is also the keypracticing link for normal students of Physical Education to set foot on work. Evaluation ofthe effect of in-post practice has a pivotal position, and internship summary and evaluationprocess help interns find their shortcomings and gaps. Especially for students of PE,reasonable evaluation system helps students correctly perceive their strengths and weaknessesexisting in the teaching process and establish a correct evaluation concept of their futureteaching training. At the same time, a perfect performance evaluation system also providesmanagers basis to make correct decisions and help them to adjust practicing target easily, sothat in-post teaching practice achieves better results.In this paper, according to the original in-post teaching practice evaluation system ofHebei Normal university, a deep research on in-post teaching practice evaluation system ofphysical education of Hebei normal university is done based on access to a large literature onthe use of questionnaires, interviews, surveys, Delphi method and mathematical statisticsusing contemporary theoretical system of education as a guide. The research tries to figure outfour questions through establishing the in-post teaching practice evaluation system of physicaleducation of Hebei normal university, which includes why、which、who、and how evaluatesthe grades of the students of PE busy doing in-post teaching practice.The results are asfollows:Reasons to establish the in-post teaching practice evaluation system of PE: first, thecorrect evaluation of the results of intern is the most powerful evidence of the merits ofin-post teaching practice; Second, the interns of PE play an important role in the wholeprocess of the practice, so establishing a fair, reasonable and effective in-post teachingpractice evaluation system is of great significance; Third, the current situation of theevaluation system for PE interns is that evaluation criteria is not clear enough, and the evaluation form is lack of dynamic management, acceptance of the evaluation content of PEis different from other majors.The in-post teaching practice evaluation system of PE is as follows: the in-post teachingpractice performance evaluation method of Hebei Normal University of PE is integratedassessment method, which is divided into three phases, namely, pre-job training phase of theevaluation, the middle phase of evaluation and the end of evaluation. Three stages were usedpercentile scores principles, separately10%,50%,40%of the total score. The in-postteaching practice evaluation system should establish ten level indicators, namely: A master ofphysical education theory,B physical education teaching skills,C attitude and behavior inpractice, study,D classroom teaching practice and reflection, E two exercises, extracurricularactivities, training and amateur competitions, F trainee teacher working practice and reflection,G teaching guide acceptance, H attendance and performance, I sports research practice, Jsports internships summarize material. Through three rounds of Delphi method expertinterviews and surveys, ultimately it is determined that the first level has27secondaryindicators, three indicators67.Leaders of the in-post teaching practice of Hebei Normal University at all levels, localeducation department, primary school build a trinity examination organization, so internshipsassessments will have a systematic, organized and orderly process, and the protection andsupport job will be done, and then the evaluation system can effectively play its importantrole in guiding. Personnel to implement the evaluation must seriously study the methods ofscoring criteria, unify standards, use strict compliance with the scoring rules, and give everyintern the objective and fair assessment grades. Be sure to attach great importance to theprocess of evaluation, training teachers in the county school who carry out the implementationand evaluation should fight to control each intern’s specific circumstances, give timelyevaluation, in order to achieve the purpose of spurring on the interns.The in-post teaching practice evaluation system of Hebei Normal University of PE is setfor the interns of physical education major, so it should highlight their professional evaluationcriteria on the basis of following on the basis of Hebei Normal University Teaching Practiceperformance assessment approaches. The implementation of performance evaluation is a dynamic process, with the reform of in-post teaching practice of Hebei Normal University ofPE and the curriculum development of physical education, the in-post teaching practiceevaluation system must constantly be revised, improved and we should strive to find the mostsuitable training assessment approach of physical education majors.
