How to improve the physical fitness of basketball players is the coach attachesgreat importance to the problem, is also a basketball player need to solve the pressing problem.As is known to all, competitive basketball players and highly resistance determines thestrength is the foundation of the basketball athlete physical ability, on the basis of power,speed, quality such as flexible, bounce can be optimally.
