Test Tool Development Students Reading Ability

This paper aims to discuss the development of primary school reading ability test tools, including the significance and value of research, a testing framework, the development of testing tools, focuses on the development of testing tools, is divided into two parts to prepare the test text selection and test questions, this paper draws on research, analysis, feedback and guidance system of academic quality of Ministry of education of primary and middle school students (SAAE), based on the conclusion and suggestion tools development, and strive to provide reading test ideas of science, so as to promote the students’ reading ability.
