Due to historical, political and other factors, the Philippines has long formed the pattern of multiple concurrent use of language. Multiple language environment in Chinese kids played an important role in the formation of the language features, the influence on students learning Chinese is increasingly highlight, learning motivation, the pragmatic attitude, or project specific language learning is affected by different degree. The quantity of the study for the local language environment is only a little bit, a few scholars study involved the study of the Chinese learning and teaching environment, but they mainly through random sampling survey, start from the language environment of the Philippines as a whole to the local Chinese teaching environment, think Chinese teenagers language skills and pragmatic habits on common language in Philippines and dialect. But this does not mean the condition of most Chinese teenagers real language situation.So this article focuses on diverse language environment of Chinese high school students learning Chinese in the Philippines, give full consideration to the "Philippine’s education policy" and "Chinese school of several major educational background" factors, such as with a representative sample of schools as the research sample, based on the questionnaire and a large number of corpus analysis to explore the diverse language environment of "the Philippines" and analyzed the diverse language environment for students learning strategies and pragmatic attitude, the influence of the language features, etc. People study the language environment is limited to analysis of Chinese teenagers language environment and pragmatic situation analysis, the multivariate problems brought by the language environment of Chinese learning, as well as the specific solutions are not involved, this also is the main research purpose of this article.
