At present, with the continuous development of economic and social, of talentstandard requirement also gradually improve, how to make new talent to meet therequirements of social development has become a global strategic thinking. This givesthe current education put forward a serious test, to strengthen the training of students’comprehensive ability to learn. Should not only attach importance to strengthenstudents’ learning theory knowledge, at the same time, should also be by creatingeducation practice base to enhance the students’ practical ability, to adapt to today’s eraof the new requirements to education, cultivate new talents to adapt to the eradevelopment. In response to the needs of the new round curriculum reform, inshenyang in2005established the first comprehensive practice teaching base of primaryand secondary schools, after nearly10years of development, both in quantity and inscale has achieved remarkable results. But in the actual operation process, alsounavoidably exist some management issues. In view of this, this article USES theliterature method, questionnaire method, the comprehensive practice teaching base ofthe management status of primary and secondary schools in shenyang are studied, fromthe management system, education funds, teaching staff, curriculum, educationfacilities, activities, organization, etc, analysis the existing problems and reasons forthese problems, and from the administrative department of education, teaching practicebase, primary and secondary schools, teachers, four aspects put forward thecorresponding optimization strategy, in order to explore the law to fit the developmentof basic education in our country comprehensive practice teaching base for theconstruction of the road.
