In view of this, this article USES theliterature method, questionnaire method, the comprehensive practice teaching base ofthe management status of primary and secondary schools in shenyang are studied, fromthe management system, education funds, teaching staff, curriculum, educationfacilities, activities, organization, etc, analysis the existing problems and reasons forthese problems, and from the administrative department of education, teaching practicebase, primary and secondary schools, teachers, four aspects put forward thecorresponding optimization strategy, in order to explore the law to fit the developmentof basic education in our country comprehensive practice teaching base for theconstruction of the road.
