Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Field Sports Course In Demonstration Comprehensive Practice Base

Demonstration comprehensive practice base is an important place for primary and middle school students to carry out comprehensive practice activities.In order to comprehensively promote quality-oriented education and improve the comprehensive quality of primary and secondary school students,the Ministry of Education has developed the Guidance Outline of Curriculum for Comprehensive Practical Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools,which guides students to gain a sense of real experience through hands-on practice.As a comprehensive practical activity course in the demonstration comprehensive practice base,field sports course can effectively improve the physical and mental health,national defense safety and other practical qualities of primary and middle school students.This course is deeply loved by the majority of primary and middle school students.In order to better meet the healthy development needs of field sports courses in the Demonstration Comprehensive Practice Base of Chuzhou,Anhui Province,the current situation of field sports courses in the Demonstration Comprehensive Practice Base of Chuzhou was selected for research.In this study,we collect relevant data by means of literature,know about the development of the base by means of expert interview,investigate teachers and students from different perspectives by means of questionnaire,and organize relevant data by means of SPSS and Excel by means of mathematical statistics.This paper selects the model comprehensive practice base of Chuzhou City as the object,visits,investigates and analyzes the current situation and problems of field sports curriculum in depth,and analyzes the value impact of field sports curriculum from the perspectives of experts,teachers and students.The current situation of the field sports course in the demonstration comprehensive practice base is as follows:First,there is a lack of teachers,large mobility,and the imbalance between male and female teachers.The majority of teachers are male.The teachers are younger,with shorter working years,less professional,less highly educated teachers,part-time teachers,less training times per year,less enthusiasm for innovation,and lack of curriculum content research and development.Second,students' understanding of field sports courses is not comprehensive enough,and their satisfaction with field sports courses needs to be improved.Due to the influence of objective factors such as weather factors,field sports courses are not carried out in place,students'frequency of participation is not high,and there are certain problems in the course supervision and management mechanism.Third,the development form of field sports course is not rich and the teaching organization form is single,which affects the enthusiasm of students to participate in field sports course.Fourth,the utilization rate of field sports course equipment and site is not high,the site and equipment are idle,the base maintenance consciousness is not strong enough,leading to the high damage rate of equipment.In view of the practical problems of field sports courses,the research puts forward the following options:First,strengthen the construction of professional teachers,cooperate with universities to broaden the channels of talent exchange and cooperation,improve the selection standards of teachers,and regularly arrange teachers to go out for study and exchange.Second,to ensure the supervision and supervision of curriculum teaching,to supervise and investigate the responsibility for the failure of the curriculum,to ensure that the implementation of the curriculum is in place,to improve the sense of experience of the curriculum,and to improve the understanding and satisfaction of students.Third,enrich the form of teaching organization,carry out field sports courses in a variety of ways,adopt the form of cross-class organization,cultivate students'ability of communication and cooperation.Fourth,improve the use efficiency of the site and facilities,regularly check and maintain the site and equipment and other infrastructure.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The proportion of male and female teachers in field sports courses in the demonstration comprehensive practice base is unbalanced.Young teachers are the majority of the teachers.The teachers have more part-time jobs,shorter teaching years,less specialization,less training times and lack of innovative teaching consciousness.(2)Field sports courses are not carried out normally according to the curriculum plan.There is no relevant department in the country to supervise and manage the development of field sports courses.Teachers adopt a single form of teaching organization and the form of curriculum development is not rich.(3)The base has a low utilization rate of field sports course equipment and facilities,and the maintenance is not in place.The government has no corresponding departments to regularly supervise and investigate the responsibility.
