Purpose:Based on the time biology theory, starting from the phenomenon of humanbiological rhythm, using human body experiment method, according to the humancardiovascular fluctuating circadian rhythm when college students choose the aerobicexercise intervention, through human hemoglobin before and after the movement, andheart rate, blood pressure, heart rate variability index changes, explore the timing ofaerobic exercise on college students the impact of cardiovascular system and the relatedindicators.Methods:1.20healthy schoolboys in suzhou university as subjects, respectively in the06:00~07:00and16:00~17:00two periods of aerobic exercise, in different period ofmovement as a contrast, the movement of each time interval of3days or more; Exercise:foot pedal power cycling; Every time:60min; Exercise intensity control heart ratemethod is adopted, namely exercise heart rate is (220-age) x80%[1]. In the movementand don’t exercise motion period and after1hours (120minutes), every30minutes toelbow venous blood, a total of5x4(time).2. The blood test indicators: hemoglobin, cortisol and aldosterone, heart sodiumelement, norepinephrine, etc.; The experimental process real-time acquisition relatedparameters of heart rate, blood pressure, lung function and derived indicators: heart ratevariability.3. The very volume control parameters comparison method, namely the basis of thedata at a certain moment in cycle as a reference, compare the differences in theexperimental data with the same time; Statistical analysis of data obtained withsupport SPSS11.5software. Experimental data are expressed in the average±standard deviation, P<0.05has significant difference.Result:1. In quiet state of healthy college students between heart rate and systolic bloodpressure, afternoon show significant difference (p<0.05), all PM is higher than themorning, and diastolic blood pressure difference. Quiet state and aerobic exercise, inexercise heart rate, elevated blood pressure (systolic pressure), physiologicalphenomena, but, in the afternoon (p>0.05), no significant differences between themovement state of heart rate and blood pressure rhythm features disappear recently2. In quiet state, LF and LF/HF (16:00~17:00) higher than the morning in theafternoon (surf to07:00)(P<0.05), and HF, afternoon have no obvious difference (P>0.05). And aerobic exercise, HF, LF and LF/HF, afternoon had no obvious differencebetween (P>0.05).3. Morning exercise compared with quiet state, LF and LF/HF increasedsignificantly (P<0.05), HF decreased significantly (P<0.05), the afternoon motions andquiet state compared with similar results in the morning., movement and quiet in theafternoon on the difference of each frequency domain index comparison, LF issignificantly higher than in the morning in the afternoon (P<0.05), HF and LF/HF,afternoon have no obvious difference (P>0.05).4. Quiet condition subjects Hb (hemoglobin) content in the morning (6~8) less thanthe afternoon (from16:00to18:00)(p<0.05). Aerobic exercise, the hemoglobin contentin the morning, afternoon, at the beginning of the motion immediately, Hb content ishigher than the morning in the afternoon (P<0.05), after the start and no differencebetween convalescence Hb content.5. The morning quiet condition compared with aerobic exercise when the Hbcontent, in30minutes,60minutes and90minutes three times, quiet state Hb contentwas higher than exercise (P<0.05). The movement began immediately, and nodifference between the120th minute. The afternoon quiet condition and movementwhen Hb comparison results similar to morning. In30minutes,60minutes and90minutes after exercise three times in the afternoon when motion Hb difference is greaterthan the morning exercise of Hb difference (p<0.05). Between0and120minutes, two no difference.6. Subjects were quiet when serum cortisol, NE, level of ANP and ALD in themorning and afternoon, cortisol, higher than the level of ANP and ALD morning in theafternoon, and NE level afternoon than morning.7. The subjects in the process of exercise in the morning, afternoon serum cortisollevels in movement period increased until60minutes up to the highest, motion within1hour after recovery gradually reduce the level, and tend to be quiet and morning andafternoon movement when cortisol levels vary, the afternoon higher than the morning.8. The subjects in the morning, afternoon in the process of the movement in motionperiod increased serum levels of NE until60minutes up to the highest, motion within1hour after recovery gradually lower levels and tend to be quiet, and morning andafternoon sports NE level differences, the afternoon higher than the morning.9. The subjects in the morning, afternoon in the process of the movement in motionperiod increased level of serum ANP until60minutes up to the highest, motion within1hour after recovery gradually lower levels and tend to be quiet, and morning andafternoon exerciseANP level differences, in the morning than in the afternoon.10. The subjects in the morning, afternoon in the process of the movement inmotion period increased level of serum ANP until60minutes up to the highest, motionwithin1hour after recovery gradually lower levels and tend to be quiet, and morningand afternoon exerciseANP level differences, in the morning than in the afternoon.Conclusion:1. Quiet condition, plasma cortisol, heart sodium element, aldosterone levels andheart rate variability in the morning is relatively high in the afternoon, heart rate, bloodpressure, hemoglobin values and plasma noradrenaline level is relatively high in themorning, afternoon and sympathetic nerve activity is higher, in the afternoon wererecently rhythmic variation characteristics. Reflects the body’s strong ability of stressreaction in the morning and afternoon strong adaptability of aerobic exercise.2. Aerobic exercise, heart rate, blood pressure, hemoglobin values and rhythm ofheart rate variability has disappeared; Plasma cortisol and aldosterone, sodium heart andnorepinephrine levels still dark recently rhythm changes; The lung function index without rhythmic variation characteristics.3. Different time of aerobic exercise can improve the cardiopulmonary function. One morning aerobic exercise activity of sympathetic nerve function enhancementeffect is obvious in the afternoon; Afternoon exercise on the mobilization of hemoglobinis obvious in the morning, is beneficial to the body adapt to aerobic exercise.
