In this study, the field of educational technology on behalf of two authoritative journal"Education Research" and "China Educational Technology" literature since2000were analyzed.To "design","development","use","management" and "evaluation" as keywords to search byusing SATI to extract keywords. Co-word analysis is used to analysis "design","development","management" and "evaluation" in the field of educational technology. Since the new century,inthe research of “Design” most papers are about instructional design, computer AssistedInstruction, Online Courses and other seven categories. In the research of “Development”, thedevelopment of teaching software, the development of online courses, learning activities ofnetwork and other nine categories are the hotspots. And in the future the development of thelearning activities in the environment of network will be the hotspot. In the research of“management”, the management of knowledge, Professional Development, Online EducationResources and other five categories are given more attention, and the management of knowledgewill be the hotspot in the near future. In the research of “evaluation”, four categories are givenmore attention which are about evaluation of online instructional resources, the index model,methods of information and the application of the informational technology, and the last onemaybe the hotspot in the near future. In the perspective of social network, the research of“utilization” focus on the modernization of rural schools, educational reform, professionaldevelopment and distribution of high quality educational resources.Through the analysis of the the keywords, the result of the relevance among the five fieldsis that the research of “design” is still the main research which is accompanied with“development”, the research about utilization is not optimistic, most research of “evaluation”follows after “utilization” and the research of “management” is not enough.
