With the continuous development of science and technology, computer technology has developed to the stage of cloud technology. The generation of new technology provides more opportunities to software professional talents, which needs to further demand the secondary vocational software development professional talent training. This research is according to the characteristics of the secondary vocational computer software development professionals, based on constructivism, practice, problems center integrated curriculum theory, based on the application of the working process of the theory of curriculum and so on, explores the training mode of "project construct" application in the secondary vocational computer professional software development strategy, which focuses on starting from the market. According to the requirements of jobs and career competence, constructing curriculum system based on working process systematization, introducing from enterprise real projects throughout the teaching process, using the action-oriented teaching, paying attention to the combination of production and education, implementation of operational practice in the form of software studio production. So it can take computer software development of the actual project, experienced, skilled mid-level technical personnel.The study mainly used the questionnaire survey, interview, literature review and other methods to research into enterprises and schools. According to the results of the survey analysis of the current problems existing in the secondary professional software development and related professional post demand and its corresponding tasks to explicit the goal and direction, then to proposes the talent training mode of "project construct" the implementation of the strategy:1. Build curriculum system based on working process systematization.2. Select work projects throughout the teaching process.3. Analyze the relationship between project and course work.4. Regroup knowledge module of the course which related throughout the project knowledge.5. Work out the corresponding curriculum standard.6. Introduce enterprise real project, based on operational software development studio, to effectively combine the production and education practice teaching.7. Use the action-oriented teaching method, which was featured of student-centered, teacher led project, task driven, role-splay, etc.8. Carry out the diversified evaluation, which was composed of self-evaluation of students by teachers and students mutual, industry evaluation, evaluation of enterprise based on the diversity of students learning process evaluation.9. Develop effective database of project teaching resource.In the open teaching environment to gradually cultivate students rather than in the career of the future of the proper ability, skills, which made the students from the beginning till now know the present study and the profession role to play in the future. From concept to abstract, from the view to operation and from imitation to innovation to form a scientific and complete in harmony with the professional and the working process of the training process, which developed the prerequisite of the independent self awareness and self responsible for the formation of the sense of responsibility. Finally realize the goal of improving the teaching quality of secondary vocational education, cultivating more talents to meet the demand of market, adapting to the purpose of enterprise jobs.
