| In recent years, with expanding of the higher vocational education, higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education. It has occupied half of higher education. The booming higher vocational college has expedited the steps to popularize the higher education, made rich structure of higher education system. The framework of higher vocational education system gradually is built, accords with the people’s growing demand for higher education.Increase in enrollment, a gradual decline in the quality of students’tide, the rapid expansion of the scale of vocational contradiction between the quality and quantity of higher education increasingly acute. Meanwhile, bring a decline in enrollment and teaching resource constraints also affect the quality of teaching in higher vocational education quality. Some vocational colleges blindly pursuing big perfectionist, wish I had upgraded to colleges, the number and size of the blind pursuit of development, and neglect to improve the quality of education. Continued development of school education depends on the quality and quantity of unity, the current status of the quality of vocational education, an urgent need to improve the quality of teaching. At present, China’s vocational colleges teaching quality monitoring is still stuck in the traditional, merely monitoring of teachers, did not establish a complete set of teaching quality monitoring system. Therefore, based on the PDCA cycle theory to improve the vocational teaching quality monitoring system of this work is imminent.Under this background, a case study of Guilin Institute of Tourism, using PDCA cycle theory research improvement of higher vocational teaching quality monitoring system. In this paper, there is literature, investigation, comprehensive analysis, interviews and so on. In this paper, Vocational Teaching Quality Monitoring System for the study, in order to Guilin Institute of Tourism empirical sample, consisting of personnel from vocational institutions and monitoring the quality of teaching, teaching quality control methods, teaching quality monitoring system in operation, tend to focus on the status of external teaching evaluation were analyzed to identify the main problems and causes of vocational teaching quality monitoring system currently exists, PDCA cycle theory put forward to improve the vocational teaching quality monitoring system, and then based on the PDCA cycle applied to Guilin Institute of Tourism, and received good results.This paper can be divided into five parts as follows:The first part is an introduction. The main contents include the background of the study, research questions, review the status of domestic and international research, ideas and methods of research and innovation and the lack of research.The second part is the basic concept. Mainly to explain the meaning of the PDCA cycle, characterized by the steps and loop the loop, explaining the quality, teaching quality, the concept of teaching quality monitoring and quality control system of teaching, research provides a theoretical basis for the later.The third part is the status of vocational teaching quality monitoring and problem analysis. This chapter composed of personnel from agencies and vocational teaching quality monitoring, methods of teaching quality monitoring, operation of teaching quality monitoring system, teaching evaluation focused on the external bias current situation were analyzed and found that the quality of teaching vocational currently monitoring the following major four reasons:there is no establishment of a sound overall teaching quality monitoring system, evaluation of the quality of student learning basic monitoring system is not established, heavy theoretical courses and practical light surveillance monitoring teaching quality monitoring lack of initiative and enthusiasm of teachers is not high, so PDCA cycle in the necessity of teaching quality monitoring proposed.The fourth part is the PDCA cycle theory to improve the quality of teaching in higher vocational monitoring system. Mainly from the planning, implementation, inspection, processing that application analysis P, D, C, A four stages in vocational teaching quality monitoring system, and get good results.The fifth part is the empirical research (Guilin Institute of Tourism). This chapter describes the overview of Guilin Institute of Tourism, starting from the current situation of teaching quality monitoring system to identify schools teaching quality monitoring system problems:school conditions to be further improved, practical science and its operating mechanism of Teaching Quality Monitoring System be improved, the quality of teaching need to further strengthen the management, teachers need further optimization of the structure. By PDCA cycle theory in Guilin Institute of Tourism teaching quality monitoring system, to improve teaching quality monitoring system performance significantly, mainly in promoting practical training project, significantly improve the quality of personnel training, training conditions to further enhance the quality of teachers significantly improved, effective teaching reform. |
