The Study On The Action Of Group Working With Children Group Of Migrant Workers

With the continuous development of China's social economy,the process of urbanization accelerated,a large number of people leave their hometown,to the economically developed eastern coastal cities or economic development of better areas of employment.In this process,migrant workers children groups came into being.They have to follow their parents from their hometown to the city to learn life,while others grow up in the city.However,due to various reasons,this group in the process of growth is facing social integration,education,health and other issues.Social work is a professional group of disadvantaged groups,and large groups of migrant workers are one of the key groups.Based on the social work service of migrant workers' children in the P community of Huacheng City,this study uses the method of action research to describe the whole process of service development through the work method of group work.Specifically,the author from these four aspects of the study:Firstly,the needs of the migrant workers in the P community of migrant workers and their families to carry out the needs assessment,to determine their needs and problems,the development of service programs.Secondly,according to the service program,to carry out group activities,the whole process of testing,timely reflection summary,improve the group plan.Thirdly,the team's activities were assessed and the findings of the group's activities were identified and corrected.Fourthly,based on the practical experience,this paper summarizes the application pattern of the group working method in the group of migrant workers under the action research paradigm.Through the implementation of action research found that children migrant workers in the process of growing the face of the lack of community public services,interpersonal difficulties,poor mental health,academic pressure and other issues.Through the work of the group,we can effectively promote the positive growth of children of migrant workers and improve their quality of life.Action research can help social workers understand the needs of children of migrant workers,improve team effectiveness,mobilize team members to participate in,improve service quality.
