This article researched supply chain management of Wilo Elec Co., LTD, provide some guide and reference for the motor industry supply chain management. Based on the analysis we get solution to some specific problem. These experience and solution can be applied in those enterprises which are in transform. Characteristics of the subject, this article used a combination of comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis of research methods.First, the study of domestic and international supply chain management research status. The basic theory of supply chain and supply chain management; then discussed the supply procurement in supply chain management, production planning and control, sales management. The research laid the theoretical foundation for supply chain management.Second, the comparative analysis of the development situation of domestic and foreign motor industry, studied the domestic motor industry supply chain structure, analyzes the status of the company’s supply chain management, as well as problems in terms of material procurement, production control and sales.Third, supply chain collaboration processes between enterprises, breaking the boundaries of single enterprises ownership, cooperation between each node in the supply chain, further discusses the company’s supply chain management from the perspective of the upstream and downstream enterprises to establish long-term strategic partnership.Finally, build the enterprise’s integrated supply chain model and create partnerships with suppliers; plan integration between up-downstream enterprises; CPFR of the downstream business; and perfect guarantee system of several aspects, presented the company’s supply chain management solutions.
