Strategic Study On Sustainable Utilization Of Land In Henan Province

With the implementation of the strategy of the rise of the central region，and thepace of the industrialization, the urbanization, the advancement agriculturemodernization speeding up in Henan province, the contradiction between populationand land resources is sharpening, on one hand, land is shortage very much, but on theother hand, some land have lain idle and wasted, this mode of land use is far fromfitting to requirements of the development of economic society. How to improve theefficiency of the land is the key problem in promoting harmonious development of theindustrialization, the urbanization, the advancement agriculture modernization.The first part talks about the background and the meaning of the dissertation, andthe second part analyzes the relevant theories and methodologies about land usestrategy, and indicates the present land utilization and the serious problems duringland utilization in Henan province, and makes a thorough analysis on land utilizationand benefits in Henan province using system,qualitative and quantitative analysismethods, finally, constructs the land utilization strategic systems based on the currentland utilization character in Henan province, cultivated land conservation strategybased on food security, the urbanization strategy based on invigorating the stock,eco-friendly land utilization strategy, major projects land using strategy, strategy ofconservation and intensive use of land, and the same time, draws up strategic targetsand the measure of implements guarantees aiming at above strategies.
