The Research On Province Rural Land Circulation Problem In Henan

In 2016,the government issues documents to provide new ideas and measures for solving the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The documents put forward new concepts,such as "agricultural modernization","supply side structural reform","urbanization development" and "three production integration",so as to solve the new problems of "three rural issues".The key to solve the "three rural issues" lies in the rural land circulation.Henan province,a big agricultural province,carries out a series of policies to make the work of land circulation in Henan province to achieve practical results,comprehensively and effectively implementing the document issued by government.It turns out having made certain achievement.However,with the document implemented,some problems are exposed,such as the nonstandard procedures of land transfer,the neglect of farmers' social security and other phenomena,which seriously restricts orderly and efficient circulation of the rural land in Henan Province,ultimately affects the development of rural economy in Henan province.This research mainly studies the problems in the process of rural land circulation in Henan Province.Through the research and analysis of the problems of rural land circulation in Henan Province,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the healthy circulation of Henan Province,so as to realize the efficient and orderly circulation of rural land in Henan Province Land scale,improve land use rate.Firstly,with literature analysis methods,the summarization and research of domestic and foreign land circulation is made,and the concepts and theories involved in this research are discussed.Besides,combined with field investigation and interview,the paper summarizes the Henan province rural land circulation scale,characteristics,mode and effect,and analyzes the current situation of rural land circulation in Henan province.Secondly,through the research on the current situation of rural land circulation in Henan Province,quantitative analysis method was used to determine the influencing factors of land circulation.After analyzing the present situation and influencing factors of the rural land circulation in Henan,the problem of hindering the efficient circulation of rural land in Henan Province is found.Finally,according to the problems of rural land flow in Henan Province,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the healthy circulation of rural land in Henan Province.This research summarizes the existing problems and countermeasures of rural land circulation in Henan Province,and puts forward a good model for the development of rural land circulation,which provides a good reference for promoting the land circulation in other areas of our country.
