With the development of social economy, knowledge has become the sourcewhich the enterprise can access sustained competitive power at the new economicera. Knowledge-based enterprises rise rapidly, and become the focus of theorists andbusiness. And knowledge-based enterprise plays a considerable role to a country’ssoft power and knowledge innovation ability enhancement. And knowledgemanagement which knowledge as the object, is undoubtedly the relevant academicresearch hot. As the era development, making the knowledge-based enterprises playmore and more enterprise’s attention to the knowledge.Many scholars proposed in the research, the knowledge management capability,can provide positive contribution for enterprise’s innovation performance. Througheffective knowledge management, the enterprise will be able to put the knowledgeinto innovative products, services and technology process, leading to bettertechnology and management innovation, and innovation performance. And personalknowledge management and knowledge management is a contradictory unity, which,though there is a difference, but supplementary to each other, promote each other,not separation.The main content of this thesis research, based on knowledge-based enterprises,explore the personal knowledge management’s influence on enterprise innovationperformance, find out the key influence factors, managers in knowledge enterprisesimprove the level of employee personal knowledge management and promote theinnovation performance of the organization provides the basis and the suggestion. Atthe same time hope to through the study of this article, on the personal knowledgemanagement and enterprise innovation performance of the relevant theories onsimple combing, to provide convenience for the later research. Based on the study ofthe personal knowledge management at all three stages: personal knowledgeacquisition, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application; and the measure of the enterprise innovation performance from four aspects: the work process of newproduct research and development, innovation, enterprise’s response toenvironmental changes, and new management system. Through empirical approachto study how do the personal knowledge management effect on enterpriseinnovation performance in knowledge-based enterprises.In this paper, the main research contents mainly include: first, in the synthesisof domestic and foreign literature reading and understanding, on the basis of that ofknowledge-based enterprise, personal knowledge management and enterpriseknowledge innovation performance, preliminary exploration of personal relationshipbetween knowledge management and enterprise innovation performance. Secondly,according to the literature, reference to previous research, build based on theknowledge-based enterprises, personal knowledge management and enterpriseinnovation performance of the relationship between theory model, and put forwardresearch hypothesis. Third, through to the reading of literature at home and abroad,put forward suitable for use in this paper can measure the personal knowledgemanagement, enterprise innovation performance scale, according to scale and designa suitable questionnaire, after determine the need to survey the research object,through questionnaires, data collection was carried out on the selected object. Fourth,the analysis of the collected data using SPSS data analysis software, by descriptivestatistics analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis method,relating to a selected sample of knowledge-based enterprise’s personal knowledgemanagement and enterprise innovation performance survey data were analyzed, andthe validation of the proposed hypothesis, find out the personal knowledgemanagement impact on enterprise innovation performance of concrete. Finally,according to the data analysis and hypothesis testing results, the conclusion. Andmanagers for the enterprise to provide the corresponding suggestions andcountermeasures of management practice, points out the shortage of this thesisresearch and the outlook for future research.
