With the rapid economic development of our country, the expanding real estatemarket and land price monitoring system have been established in each city, the landprice dynamic monitoring method will get more extensive application in the benchmarkland price updates. The land price dynamic monitoring is the dynamic process offollowing up and tracking monitoring points. Not only it reflects the land marketprices,bur also the benchmark land price statically reflects the history price of land.Through both cohesion, it is not only beneficial to further improve the land price theorysystem, and provide more fully basis and guidance for government departments inmacroeconomic regulation,especially provide important price basis for landmanagement departments when we deal with land user granting and draw up landplanning and land policy and regulations. At the same time, it is beneficial to providereference for the investment decision all sectors of the community.Through combining with the connotation, update purpose and basic principles ofurban benchmark land price, according to the establishment steps of the land pricedynamic monitoring system, the paper specificly researches the newer coherence ofbetween the land price dynamic monitoring system and benchmark land price.Throughthe comparison of the two, we can find that it is completely necessary and feasible torealize the cohesions of between the land price dynamic monitoring system andbenchmark land price, and have strong operability, such as establishing the basicmaterial databases and the land price dynamic monitoring system,and realize the bothsharing technology platform. At the same time, through the empirical research,which isthe cohesions of the land price dynamic monitoring system and the benchmark landprice update in Jiaozuo, the paper mainly discusses that the pope price in the land pricedynamic monitoring that is the market price of land in the benchmark land price update,analyses and looks for the problems in the process, in order to future improve themethods and processes that the land price dynamic monitoring applies to the benchmarkland price.
