The Evaluation And Strategies Of Investment Environment Of Tourism In Qinhuangdao

With the continuous development of the world economy, the tourism industry isplaying a increasingly prominent role in the national economy and social development, thetourism industrial superiority obtains more and more widely embodiment and ratification,"tourism is the sunrise industry never fading " has become the consensus of the world.Since1980s, with the pace of reform and opening-up policy, our tourism industrial scaleare expanding unceasingly, it has become a new growth point of the national economy,and gradually become one of the pillar industries. The development of China’s tourismindustry must maintain sustained, healthy and stable, because it’s very important forbuilding a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious socialistsociety.However, only natural resources are not enough, the development of tourism is notonly depending on the massive funds and preferential policy, but also needing advancedtechnology and money at home and abroad. How to properly evaluate and purposefullyimprove the local investment environment of tourism？How to attract more financial andtechnical investment? How to promote the sustained, healthy and rapid development oflocal tourism? All these questions have become one of the focus of attention.Rough set theory is used in this paper. Firstly, the tourism investment environmentappraisal model is constructed by the summary and conclusion of the investmentenvironment in domestic and international, as well as the correlation theory of tourisminvestment environment. Secondly, we analyzed the history and current situation of thetourist industry in Qinhuangdao, and made a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of theinvestment environment in four aspects: economic environment, infrastructure condition,social service environment and tourism development environment. Finally, optimizedtourism investment environment strategies and recommendations of Qinhuangdao areproposed.The conclusion of this paper provides a scientific basis decision for improving thetourism investment environment of Qinhuangdao, and contribute to a more scientific ofcapital flows and portfolio optimization. It has important practical significance for enhancing the tourism industry of Qinhuangdao and promoting the healthy and orderlydevelopment of tourism and achieving tourism city goals.
