Over time, the vast majority of the "80" after members have been out of theuniversity campus, set foot on the job, they gradually fill them into all kinds ofenterprises in China. SMEs as major economic entities in China, has played a significantrole in promoting the development of China’s economy,Their organization "80" afterstaffs proportion also increased year by year, and is increasingly becoming the backboneof the enterprise."80" after the groups because of its unique personality and thinking, sothat they show in the workplace, which is also different from some of the previousoccupational characteristics,And therefore, the management has become even moreprominent. In recent years,The SME "80" after workers have a very high turnover rateand the quit rate,and argumentative caused by its low job satisfaction.In this paper, to Yan’an SMEs "80" after workers as the research subject, and thesatisfaction of their work for the Research Core, I carried out an questionnaires andinterviews for them, and then on data analysis by means of statistical analysis softwareSPSS17.0: Yan’an SMEs "80" after workers overall level of job satisfaction in asatisfactory state, there are five areas can be divided for which affect Yan’an SMEs "80"after workers’ job satisfaction: The job returns, The work itself, Leadership behavior,Corporate culture and system, Business groups, and among these five areas job returnshas the largest correlation with overall satisfaction, and Its level of satisfaction aoso atthe lowest level, This result is for the Yan’an SMEs improve "80" after workers’ jobsatisfaction has certain reference.In addition, This article is also did the analysis of thefactors that affect the "80" after workers’ job satisfaction combined with theiroccupational characteristics and then proposed how to improve the local "80" afterworker job satisfaction level of the proposed measures.
