Not being able to make full use of material and energy in the agricultural production, the agricultural products cannot be used fully and economically. Thus, a variety of agricultural wastes should be hazard-free treatment and resource utilization according to the requirements of the circular economy emissions.As the by-product from the photosynthesis of corps, the straw is an important raw material resource and is the most important material foundation for the development of agricultural recycling economy. Comprehensive utilization of various types of straw resources is an inevitable choice for the prosperity of the rural economy and increasing peasants’ income with the large quantity and large area of crop straw. Comprehensive utilization in straw, in line with the circular economy reduction, reuse and recycle principles, which is good for realization the garget of low consumption, low emissions and high efficiency, is an important component of China’s development of agricultural recycling economy.There is a clear distinction between influences and effects of different straw utilizations on the system of agricultural recycling economy.
