Analysis And Design Of Time Quota Management System For Bus Maintenance

With China’s accelerating urbanization, the demand of urban traffic has increased dramatically, which raises new requirements on the overall capacity of the urban traffic system. Timely and efficient maintenance of buses is the base to ensure the safe operation of vehicles, reduce transportation costs, improve transport efficiency and save the energy.In the process of buses maintenance, maintenance time quota is the base of enterprise information management, and the necessary way of maintenance companies to manage scientifically and standard, which is the important part of enterprise management system. Time quota is related to enterprise cost accounting, production planning and staff appraisal.This paper describes the theory of time quota, analyzes the parts of time quota and the ways to make time quota, and analyzes the current situation of buses maintenance at home and abroad and the bus company’s existing deficiencies. Through the research of buses maintenance of Xi’an bus company, this paper proposes the overall objective of the maintenance time management system, and according to the demand, designs the system structure and the function of sub-structures. After the design of data structure, we use.net to develop a time management system, which introduces the two modules: time measurement and time management.
