With China’s rapid economic development, the demand for primary energy and electricity is also growing. This gives the power industry has brought unprecedented opportunities for development, while the old system in management ills gradually prominent. Related industries in order to be able to adjust the electricity needs in order to ensure normal production and living, on April11,2002, the State Council approved the power reform program, and issued a notice requiring local earnestly implemented. The overall objective of this program is:to break the monopoly and introducing competition, improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve the tariff mechanism, optimize the allocation of resources, and promote the development of electric power, nationwide network, build the separation of enterprise from government regulation, fair competition, open and orderly healthy development of the electricity market system.EHV power grid as part of the entire power industry is also faced with how adjust its management to adapt to the reform issues quickly. In this paper, EHV Power Supply Bureau of Inner Mongolia human resource management system for the study, in the analysis of corporate human resources, the status quo, in-depth analysis of the impact of corporate human resources management, internal and external environmental factors.
