With the rapid development of the process of global economic integration, China’s financial industry is facing huge challenges. In order to survive, the development of the financial sector must be according to the actual situation, develop a feasible development strategy. The strategy is the core of many strategic components is the human resources management; human resources management has risen to a dominant position to become the center and focus of a modern financial enterprise management.Staff performance appraisal and management as the core content of the human resource management, it is increasingly universal attention, and decided to become a very important financial enterprises to achieve their own overall target management activities. When staff performance appraisal management and other enterprise management tools combine to complete the corporate annual production and management tasks, thus achieving long-term strategic development objectives.Liaoning Branch primary line staff performance appraisal management of the Agricultural Development Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as the Agricultural Development Bank) as the research object, collate and analyze the current performance evaluation theory, and through a questionnaire based on research and interviews to identify County Branch the existing problems in the implementation of the staff performance appraisal, reason and analysis, to create a positive performance appraisal environment based on the use of the latest performance appraisal theory, combined with business management objectives, re-re-design performance appraisal program and combine the results with staff salaries, staff training, and career development, giving full play to the positive role of performance management, business development goals of the county branch.The thesis is divided into five parts; the first part is the introduction. Performance appraisal analyzes the research background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the content and methods; second part of the performance appraisal status quo, focused ADBC Liaoning Branch grassroots line employee performance appraisal status quo; Part III problems. Major grassroots line generated to carry out the problems and issues of employee performance appraisal analysis; fourth part focuses on the current performance appraisal research is the most scientific, the most widely used performance appraisal theory and assessment program redesign. Design a branch operation and management objectives and employees actual situation closely integrated employee performance appraisal program; fifth part is the implementation of the protection of employee performance evaluation indicators. Focus on the introduction program implementation should provide a variety of security measures; final part is the Conclusion.
