There aretwo production organization models that can stably produce high quality tobacco, one isprofessional farmers and the other is mutual aid. Family farm organization model is stilldeveloping in the primary stage, and it should try to get achievements in reduction ofemployment and land cost and management methods. The larger the family farm plantingscale is not the greater the benefits. The better regions to develop it should be some areaswith rich labor resources and higher levels of professional service. The development oftobacco farmer professional cooperatives needs higher productivity level. The developmentof tobacco farmer professional cooperatives must follow the rules of the market. Theregions with larger planting scale and higher level of professional service are the first choiceto develop tobacco farmer professional cooperatives, and then be gradually extended toother remote areas.Basis on the above systematic and indepth analysis the development prospect of tobacco agricultural production organization model in Nanping city was put forward. With thecontinuous development of the construction of “one base four modernizations "of the moderntobacco agriculture, and the continuous improvement of the production conditions andproductivity, the tobacco production organization model in Nanping will develop towardcooperative organizations. This is the inevitable choice of modern tobacco agriculturedevelopment. Cooperative is a new rural economic organization, it’s still in the initial stagesof development, which need guidance and policy and financial support from the governmentand the tobacco company. It should give priority development and test to the areas of higherlevel of productivity and intensification and large-scale of planting. More cooperativemanagerial talent and professional server should be cultivated to improve the managementlevel and service quality. Cooperatives should continue to expand scope of business andservices to improve the profitability and maintain the vitality.
