Environment impact assessment of land use is an important part of environmentalimpact assessment studies, attach importance to the management of land resources, cityplanning and geographical science related scholars. Effects of land use and its change onecological environment has a dual nature, therefore, before carrying out land use, need toanalyze and evaluate the possible ecological environment, provide an important basis forsustainable land use in Nanchang and environmental protection. This paper proceeds from Nanchang land use and ecological environment situation, the first analysis of the current land use change and the ecological environment, and thenuses system dynamics to establish environmental impact assessment models of Nanchangland utilization, based the system behavior and the actual behavior of the system describedin the model effectiveness test of basic consistent, the build environment effects of indexsystem, selects18indexes from ecology, environment, natural resources, social andeconomic four aspects to predict future land use change on the ecological environment andits influence. The results show that: The increasing of construction land and decreasing of pastureand arable land is the biggest feature of land use change in Nanchang City; Environmentaleffects of land use change is mainly caused by human activity; land use and environment isgradually showing a trend of coordination. Nanchang’s simulation study on theenvironmental impact of land use is to realize the sustainable utilization of land resources, avoid the necessary means of idle land, soil erosion, soil pollution problems, to provideeffective decision support for the construction of regional land use and ecologicalenvironment.
