Therefore the sustainable use of land resources is equal to the optimal allocation of land use in a sense.Through analysis of the present situation and defects of the land resources distribution in china in this paper, reference the experience of land use pattern from other countries, as well as analysis the difference of the allocation land resources at different spatial scales, summed up the necessary to coordinate the land resources distribution in multi-scale space to establish and perfect the system of land use. With Kunming, Anning, Taiping as an example, separately from the municipal, county, township three spatial scales, comprehensive study of different scale factors affecting land resources distribution, using different methods to study the multi-scale optimal land resources distribution, thus providing a theoretical basis for the sustainable utilization of land resources in the regional economic integration and urban and rural background.(1)Land resources distribution at city scaleThe main function division is the main research method, putting Kunming into four main functional zoning.
