Farmers’professional co-operatives as a new type of farmer cooperative organizations, can organize farmers who are disperse and weak to enter the big wave of market economy in the form of a collective, effectively solved the contradictions between farmers and big market.Since2007, the farmers’ professional cooperatives law of the People’s Republic of China, greatly promote the development of farmer professional cooperatives in our country, also affirmed the important role of farmers’ professional co-operatives in promoting agricultural industrialization, and helping farmers’ income to get rich.In recent years, driven by the price of natural rubber, private rubber in Hainan Province has been rapid development, has become an important part of the natural rubber industry, but the existing natural rubber farmers’ professional cooperatives have problems of small-scale, low participation of rubber farmers,which cannot improve the difficulties encountered in the development of private nature rubber. So this article from the perspective of farmers, and through the influencing factors of Hainan rubber farmers to participate in the natural rubber cooperatives, reveal internal causes hindering the development of the natural rubber cooperatives, which not only has important significance to the development of farmers’ professional co-operatives of Hainan province, and also to ensure that our natural rubber self-sufficiency and access to the international natural rubber market power has greatly practical significance.On the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of natural rubber farmers’ professional co-operatives in Hainan Province, read a lot of literature, which is laid foundation for writing this article.At the same time, using statistical analysis method with survey date of Haikou,,Danzhou Wenchang, Qionghai and Baisha, to analysis the factors that affect the rubber farmers to participate in the natural rubber farmers’ professional cooperatives by descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression analysis. The results show that:the educational level of the rubber farmers, rubber planting area, the awareness level of the cooperatives, supply problems of production and satisfaction of other agricultural organizations,these five factors have a significant impact on participation behavior of the rubber farmers,And farmers age, the number of farmers, whether village cadres, the number of years of planting rubber, prices fluctuations of rubber, the proportion of rubber income, the degree of government’s support, the level of the local economy, access to information, funding problems,these factors is not obvious on the participation of the rubber farmersBased on the results of empirical analysis, in order to speed up the development of the Hainan Province natural rubber farmers’professional cooperatives, some suggestions.
