Study On The Optimization Of Energy Structure In Zhejiang Province

Today the world’s energy is growing more and more. The international energy security has become increasingly severe.The impact of energy on the change of the global climate is very obvious.The development of energy trends diverse. The non-fossil energy has been used.This paper starts from the background of climate change of energy development strategy, through the use of coal, oil, and it states of natural gas and other fossil energy and water energy, wind energy, solar energy, biomass energy and other non-fossil energy, analysis of the development of the world energy consumption structure and the advantage of non-fossil energy, and put forward the optimization of industrial structure is the basis of energy structure optimization.Secondly, based on the East Asia and the coastal provinces and cities economic and social situation, the characteristics of energy to do in-depth research.East Asia, such as Japan, South Korea and Taiwan region belongs to the energy shortage area, also the external dependence is very high.The external interdependency of petroleum,coal,natural gas in Japan is close to 100%,however,in South Korea,the disposable interdependency is82.6%, while it’s99.1%in Taiwan and it’s also near100%in Zhejiang. Therefore, East Asia such as South Korea and Taiwan is how to optimize the energy structure, energy development strategy and policy development in Zhejiang Province to provide ideas and learn from. In addition, study on "Twelfth Five-Year" energy development of the four coastal provinces(Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Fujian), energy supply security measures, as well as the energy structure optimization paths and methods are summarized, tries to get reference and inspiration to bring the concept of development strategy of Zhejiang.Finally, the paper research on the Zhejiang province energy supply and consumption structure of the status, and analysis of Zhejiang province energy structure optimization challenge and foundation, thus put forward Zhejiang province energy structure optimization ideas and policy.
