Research On Organization Form Of Tobacco Cooperative In Yongxing

Tobacco production is the foundation of the tobacco industry development, andthe tobacco farmers are the most basic members. Tobacco is not only one of the pillarindustries but also the main source of tax division. In order to realize the regionalproduction, raise the quality of tobacco leaves and the income of the farmers, weshould take actions to innovate the production organization models and make use ofall kinds of resources scientificly.The county YongXing has a high quality of conditions for tobacco leafproduction, enjoys a strong foundation of development, and the tobacco industry hadcreated the magnificent. But in recent years, this traditional agricultural pillar seemsto have a trend of drop down, according to the current development situation and suchserious situation. This paper is in the base of current situation of tobacco leafproduction in YongXing which was analyzed systemically, according to the overallrequirement of “four fundamental” and reference for modern agricultural constructionin Hunan—experiences of tobacco professional cooperatives. It will research thesolution to the key problem and response actions and promote the optimalconfiguration of agricultural factors. Also, it actually provides scientific basis and theimportant theoretical supports for the smoothly effective development of YongXingmodern tobacco agriculture.The article mainly researched from the following four aspects.1. This article researched mainly from the following four aspects for the currentsituation and problems of the tobacco industry and farmer’s production organizationin county YongXing, analyzing from the actual conditions, the implementation of theprofessional cooperative organizations is an important carrier of the tobacco industry.By the use of the actual data from the business effects of three flue-cured tobaccoprofessional cooperatives2. Analyzing the basic situation and the main practices of the JINCHUN、HONGYUN、ZHUJIAGANG by the use of real data surveys. We highlight theperformance of the cooperatives mainly from the profit and labor costs.3. At the base of analyzing the development trend of the contemporary of thetobacco industry in Hunan, we get the conclusion of the plan and countermeasures ofthe implementation of cooperatives in YongXing. As the internal and external conditions in YongXing is a degree of similarity with the three successful cases in thearticle, we conclude that the implementation of the strategic significance ofcooperatives in YongXing.Through the research and analysis of Jinchun in Ningxiang, and Taoyuan inZhujiagang, whose successful operation with the some degree of similarity of internaland external conditions in flue-cured tobacco industry, which together have certainstimulative effect on the establishment of the professional cooperatives pace. Inreference to the successful experience and the business model, also combined withtheir own unique advantages to develop flue-cured tobacco professional cooperatives,under these premises, which guarantee the health steady development of pillarindustry in county YongXing.
