| Strategic emerging bio-pharmaceutical industry is the integration of emergingtechnologies and emerging industries, the success of its development depends on generic keytechnologies. With the expansion of industrial scale and market competition intensifies,industrial generic technology separated from enterprise as a service project to become anindependent producer services. They participated in all levels of bio-pharmaceuticalindustry，having become the main provider and communicator of new technology andindependent innovation. Supporting R&D and application of industrial generic technologymeans important to the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry. This paper aims toprovide some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of strategic emergingbio-pharmaceutical industrial generic technology by the research of the industrial of generictechnology.The main contents include the following aspects:First, the paper analyzed the background of the development of strategic emergingindustries and industrial generic technology, as well as its theoretical and practicalsignificance, then drew a main-contents paper frame chart.Second, the paper summarized the theory of industrial generic technology and theindustrization of generic technology, which laid a theoretical foundation for the drawing ofpatent map and the model selection.Third, the paper constructed a industrial chain which contained technology foresight,technology supplication and technology diffusion to research industry generic technology.The chain was constructed along the technology growth line of foresight, supplication anddiffusion.Fourth, it formed a complete uniform and logical industrial chain on the base ofindustrial generic technology. It introduced map patent to draw the technology roadmap whenforeseen generic technologies. On the generic technology diffusion side, the paper made acomparative analysis of the project organization, technology alliances, research base andgeneric technology research institutes. On the generic technology diffusion side, the paperinvestigated the forms according to the supply organization forms.Fifth, the paper made a case study by collecting the patent data of bio-pharmaceuticalindustrial generic technology. Then, it had drew the bio-pharmaceutical industrial generictechnology roadmap as well as a comprehensive map of supplication and diffusion organization forms. After that, the paper evaluated the out-put efficiency of strategicemerging bio-pharmaceutical industrial generic technology industry chain by collectingrelated indicators data of31provinces and cities. In the end, it provided some proposals forthe development of bio-pharmaceutical industrial generic technology.The complete and unified industrial chain provided a scientific and rational approach tothe bio-pharmaceutical industrial generic technology, which made a new exploration to theindustrization of industrial generic technology. |
